Where do I pick up my rental car?

We have relationships with many of the major Hotel companies around rental area and we can provide the car to your address. Our goal is to offer you the best priced supplier suited for your car rental needs. Contact us for further information and check availability.

What do I need to collect the vehicle?

You will need a valid driver's license and a major credit card for your security deposit.

Can I use my debit card for deposit purposes when I collect my vehicle?

While you may use your card to prepay for your car rental through our company, we do not recommend using a debit card at the car rental counter for your security deposit as the supplier will run a credit check and may deny your rental due to the result of the credit check. Presenting a Major Credit Card for your security deposit eliminates this anxiety.

Are taxes and fees included?

The state and local taxes & fees are included in the base rate and are payable directly at the car rental counter (unless a fully inclusive product is booked). Fully inclusive products are now available to our customers who prefer the convenience of prepaying for taxes and fees, additional drivers, extra insurance etc. as well as for our international customers.

Can I purchase Cancellation Protection?

Yes, we offer cancellation protection at a nominal charge which allows you to cancel your reservation up to 24 hours before pickup and receive a full refund. Cancellation protection must be purchased at the time of booking.

How do I cancel or amend my booking?

Simply contact us with the details via email or call us via phone and we will amend your booking at no charge. You can also contact us to cancel your booking and the normal cancellation policy would apply. Cancellations and amendments must be made directly with our company.

What are the cancellation terms?

Reservations can be cancelled free of charge if cancelled prior to the supplier confirming the booking. If you purchased cancellation protection and cancel your booking, a full refund will be issued. Once your booking is confirmed by our company, a cancellation fee of $35.00 will apply up to 48 hours prior to the pickup time. A cancellation fee in the amount equivalent to 3 days rental or $50.00 (whichever is greater) will apply if you cancel within 48 hours of pickup.

What happens if my flight is delayed?

You will need to notify our company of any flight delays as soon as possible so we can make arrangements to have your vehicle available. This is especially important during peak holiday periods.

What if I need to extend my rental?

You can do so directly by calling our company and sinng a new contract.

Can I collect the car full of fuel and return it full?

Yes, that is an option. If you return the vehicle with less than a full tank, you will be charged a fuel charge by the supplier.

Can I choose a one-way rental?

Yes. Many one way rentals are available. A one way drop off fee may apply depending on supplier and location so this should be requested in advance.

May I choose the make & model of vehicle?

The car rental suppliers guarantee a specific car class but they cannot confirm or guarantee a specific make or model of vehicle. However, we will be happy to request your preference and our suppliers will do their best to please you!

Can I drive the vehicle out of rental country?

Yes. This option must be requested in advance and is subject to approval. A International Insurance fee will be charged by the supplier for driving out of the country.

How old are the vehicles?

Our suppliers all rent the latest model vehicles.

How old do I have to be to rent a car?

The minimum rental age is 18 years . There is an underage surcharge collected at the car rental counter for renters between the ages of 18 and 25 years. We rent to 18 and 65 year olds, however, certain restrictions apply (please contact us for details).

Can I rent child seats?

Child seats are available at the car rental counter and are subject to availability. We would be pleased to submit your request to the supplier and inform you of the approximate fee from the particular supplier at the time of booking.

Do the prices quoted include unlimited mileage?

Yes, all of our pricing includes unlimited mileage.
